Castaway Island, Fiji has announced the launch of a new adaptive wellness program, available from September 2025.
The initiative offers guests a three- to seven-day journey combining fitness, nutrition, culture and relaxation, all designed to enhance wellbeing in an island setting. The program blends daily sunrise yoga, wellness juice booster shots, guided bushwalks, Fijian cultural activities, snorkelling and restorative spa therapies. It is designed to be flexible and can be added to any stay, allowing guests to tailor the length and inclusions to suit their holiday.

Nutrition is a central element, with wholefood, protein-led menus featuring dishes such as quinoa salads with roasted vegetables, herb-grilled fish with garden greens, and tropical fruit bowls with Greek yoghurt, nuts and seeds. Guests also receive a curated spa experience, with three treatments included across aromatherapy massage, hot stone therapy, body scrubs and facials. An aromatherapy pillow mist is provided at check-in to encourage restful sleep.

Rates start from FJD $764 for a three-day program and extend to FJD $1,156 for seven days, inclusive of meals and three spa treatments. For guests already on a meal plan, a supplement of FJD $470 per person applies.
Steven Andrews, General Manager of Castaway Island, said the program reflects the resort’s focus on holistic guest experiences. “With our new wellness program, we want to support our guests in achieving energy, clarity and vitality during their stay, and carry that feeling with them long after they leave,” he said
The new offering positions Castaway Island to capture demand from travellers seeking wellness-led escapes, while also adding a cultural dimension to the resort’s product.
