Club Med has launched Club Med Academy, its first-ever eLearning platform designed specifically for travel agents in the Pacific market.

Available now for agents across New Zealand, the platform aims to enhance industry knowledge and boost sales expertise in the premium all-inclusive holiday segment. Club Med Academy caters to travel agents of all experience levels, whether they are new to selling Club Med or seasoned professionals looking to refine their skills. The user-friendly platform consolidates everything agents need to sell Club Med effectively, ensuring an efficient and structured learning experience.

Key Features of Club Med Academy:

  • Comprehensive Learning Modules – The platform includes 11 modules covering essential topics, such as Club Med’s all-inclusive offering, its Exclusive Collection portfolio, how to sell its ski resorts, and more. Each module concludes with interactive quizzes to test knowledge.
  • Loyalty Points & Rewards – Travel agents earn Club Med Loyalty Points for each completed module, bringing them closer to earning complimentary stays at Club Med’s stunning resorts.
  • Community Engagement – A built-in messaging and posting feature fosters interaction and knowledge-sharing among agents, similar to social media groups.
  • Official Club Med Certification – Upon completing all 11 modules, agents will receive an official certification, recognizing their expertise in selling Club Med.
