Air India and Singapore Airlines Expand Codeshare Agreement

Air India and Singapore Airlines have announced an extensive expansion of their codeshare agreement, adding 11 Indian cities and 40 new international destinations to their networks.

This is the largest expansion since the two airlines first partnered in 2010, creating more travel opportunities for customers flying between Singapore, India, and beyond. Effective from 27 October 2024, the expanded codeshare will see Air India and Singapore Airlines operating 56 weekly services between Singapore and India’s Bengaluru and Chennai, up from the current 14. This expansion offers enhanced travel flexibility and connectivity for passengers, particularly beneficial for travel agents looking to provide their clients with more seamless journey options.
