Qatar Airways brings Caviar service to Qsuite

Baerii Caviar from Siberian Sturgeon will be served in Business Class on Qatar Airways flights

Qatar Airways announces further enhancement to its business class service with the introduction of caviar service on its menu offering. Starting with 13 routes from 15 August, caviar lovers can experience the service onboard Qatar Airways business class between Doha and Boston, Dallas, Hong Kong, Houston, London, Los Angeles, Melbourne, New York, Paris, Sao Paulo, Singapore, Sydney, and Washington.

Qatar Airways’ Business Class service features extensive food and beverage options, as well as on-demand dining where passengers can dine at their preferred meal time. The new caviar service can be enjoyed as a standalone option or part of the onboard meal courses. The caviar served is Baerii caviar from the Siberian sturgeon and the most popular cultivated species as it grows to sexual maturity relatively quickly and means the roe can be harvested sooner at around 5-6 years of age. Qatar Airways will serve 15g per person. The caviar will be served in the traditional way, with garnishes of creme fraiche, chopped chives, chopped red onion and crumbled hard-boiled egg. It will be paired with a slice of lemon and chunks of Balik style salmon, blinis and Melba toast.
